Next, we’re going to cover the individuals that assist our customers in the unlikely event that they’re having issues with fit or have damage to their cover– our support team! Aquila, Sarah, and Nick make a dream team🙌
Our support team spends their days monitoring emails and calls from customers. Day to day could include anything from install assistance, warranty issues, and more.
Aquila has been with us for 2 years. You can always catch Aquila with a smile on her face! She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family. She even has a little one on the way!
Sarah joined the team about a year ago, and has quickly caught on and has been such an asset to the department. She is a Chicago native and moved to Charleston for a job opportunity for her husband who is a chef!
Nick is our recent hire from October and is a Charleston native! Outside of work, he enjoys biking and watching sports.
