By now, we’ve covered several of our departments including sales, design, and some of our production team. To finish out production, we have our CNC team which are the individuals that cut all of the material for your product. It’s up to them to cut the right pattern to ensure proper fit.
Our CNC team’s job is to grab the correct fabric that you’ve chosen for your cover whether that be 8oz, 9oz, or Sunbrella, and also the correct color. Once they get the correct fabric, it’s up to them to cut it into blanks on the cutting machine and get it to our blanks and webbing and binding team as we mentioned in our first blog.
Our CNC team consists of Zach, Trevor, and Robbie.

Robbie has been with us for 8 months and also is a dad to a little girl. He enjoys being with his family on the weekend’s and also likes anime.
