From start to finish, we pursue excellence in our customer service, the materials we use, the way we design, and how we craft our products.
Design:
Before your order makes its way into production, it must first be digitally designed by one of our expert designers. The software we use allows us to digitize the measurements of your boat to then create a 3D pattern, allowing us to craft that perfect fit.
Cutting:
Once your product has been designed, we hand over the pattern to our cutting team. Their job is to roll out the fabric on the CNC – a large, hyper-efficient machine that precisely draws and labels every piece of your cover – for it to be cut out and prepared to be sewn together. Both our design and cutting teams play a vital role in our manufacturing process because they ensure the cover is flawlessly prepared to enter into production.
Sewing:
Next, the cut pattern is set up to be sewn together by our production team. This team is made up of vetted and talented sewers who are passionate about seeing every single product stitched to perfection. The product passes through many of our sewing team members’ hands as they add their specialized touch and check for any imperfections.
Inspection:
After your product nears completion, it again is thoroughly inspected, this time by our quality control team. They compare your original order with the finished product to ensure everything matches up perfectly. They then inspect your product from top to bottom to make sure your product has been designed, cut and produced with the utmost excellence. Once your product has been approved, the quality control team will prepare it to be shipped.
Shipping:
After inspection, your product makes its way to its final stop – our shipping team. Your product then goes through one last quality check and is carefully packaged to be shipped to your front door.
